emonster, inc. ("emonster", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the emonster.games website and follow links to emonster games, product websites, or App Store listings (collectively, the "Services"). Product-specific privacy disclosures also apply to the relevant game.

Information We Collect

emonster.games is a static catalog. It does not offer accounts, contact forms, or support forms. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message, attachments, and any other information you choose to provide.

When you visit the website, Firebase Hosting and Cloudflare may process standard technical request and security information, such as IP address, device and browser type, requested URL, referring URL, and timestamp, to deliver and protect the site. Apple and linked product destinations process information under their own privacy policies.

We use local storage to remember your theme and analytics-consent choices. Google Analytics cookies or similar identifiers are used only after you explicitly allow analytics.

Analytics, Consent, and Hosting

emonster uses Google Analytics 4 only after you explicitly select Allow analytics. Selecting Don’t allow analytics prevents our site code from loading GA4. If you switch from Analytics allowed to Analytics not allowed, our site stops future analytics measurement, removes the dynamically loaded analytics script where possible, and deletes first-party Google Analytics cookies this site can access. The site remains fully functional without analytics. Your choice is stored locally on this device and can be changed through the Privacy settings link in the footer.

We host the website with Firebase Hosting and use Cloudflare for DNS, security, and performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics is disabled. These providers may retain necessary network or security logs under their own policies.

How We Use Information

We use information to deliver, operate, improve, and protect the website; respond to emails and privacy or support requests; understand aggregate site use only when analytics consent is active; comply with legal obligations; and maintain necessary business records.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with providers that support hosting, consented analytics, email, security, Apple or App Store distribution, and professional advice. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your consent.

Children

This catalog website does not offer accounts or forms and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Some linked games are intended for young or family audiences; the privacy disclosures for each product apply to that game. Retention and Security
